What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM, G&A, and Operations functions from intake to closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, leveling, and interview strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through outbound outreach and competitive research.
• Manage the end-to-end offer process, ensuring high acceptance rates in competitive markets.
• Collaborate with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators to optimize candidate handoffs and flow.
• Develop recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards and debrief guides, as the team scales.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a startup or high-growth tech company (AI, dev tools, or B2B SaaS).
• Hands-on experience owning GTM or G&A recruitment across multiple verticals.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with a creative approach to finding talent.
• Experience using ATS tools such as Ashby and sourcing platforms like Juicebox.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• Visa sponsorship is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Agency recruiting experience or a blended agency and in-house background.
• Experience recruiting for Product or technical roles.
