Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter focusing on GTM and revenue-driving roles.
• Expertise in outbound recruiting and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership to align hiring with growth objectives.
• Must be based in the USA.
