Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for GTM roles including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines in highly competitive GTM markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate commercial goals into effective hiring plans.
• Collaborate with the People team on compensation benchmarking and market insights for base salary and OTE.
• Run structured assessment processes and provide data-driven recommendations for candidate selection.
• Optimize hiring efficiency using Ashby and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring across GTM functions.
• Track record of sourcing and closing high-performing sales talent.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with international hiring, specifically across the US and Europe.
• Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for content roles such as editorial, legal, or credit.
• Experience using Ashby.
