What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and ramp programs across Sales, SDR, DE, and CE organizations.
• Build, facilitate, and continuously improve in-person and virtual GTM bootcamps.
• Redesign onboarding into hands-on, role-based learning programs with simulations and certifications.
• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and learning paths within WorkRamp.
• Partner with leadership to operationalize onboarding workflows, progress tracking, and accountability.
• Measure and report on time-to-productivity, certification completion, and onboarding engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM program roles.
• Experience building and scaling onboarding programs in high-growth SaaS or technical platform companies.
• Strong experience with LMS platforms, preferably WorkRamp.
• Proven ability to design structured onboarding paths, certifications, and learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
