TL;DR

What you will do

  • Contact prospective clients from lead source lists via email and cold calls.
  • Use prospecting strategies and industry research to warm and nurture potential clients.
  • Uncover potential needs or challenges in a prospect's current process to determine product fit.
  • Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and field sales representatives with appropriate handover.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Cultivate and grow a professional network within the assigned market.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or professional in the early stage of their career (0–2 years of experience).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Genuine interest in HCM technology and business processes.
  • High resilience, a coachable mindset, and a results-driven work ethic.
  • Strong communication, writing, and active listening skills.
