What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting collections agencies and debt buyers.
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from events and demand generation campaigns with speed and intent.
  • Articulate the product value proposition clearly in cold conversations without relying on scripts.
  • Manage the handoff process to senior sellers, ensuring they receive full context on qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within the CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
  • Must be based in Miami, FL and comfortable working in an office environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex products and handle objections independently.
  • Proficiency with outbound sales tools including sequencers, CRM, and dialers.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on business processes.
  • Organized, accountable, and highly coachable mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into collections, ARM, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
