What you will do

  • Contact prospective clients via email and cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research industries and prospects to develop effective nurturing strategies.
  • Uncover potential needs or challenges in a prospect's current software or processes.
  • Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and field sales representatives.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to sales and marketing teams to optimize pipeline flow.
  • Cultivate and grow a professional network within the assigned market.

Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to relocate to Charlotte, NC prior to start date.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • 1–3 years of related sales or business development experience.
  • Strong phone, writing, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to persuade using compelling engagement and tenacity.
  • Interest in HCM technology and business organizational structures.
