What you will do
- Collaborate with an Account Executive to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive phone calls, emails, and personalized communication.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to salons, spas, and MedSpas to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries to convert them into discovery calls or product demos.
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence and meet individual targets for lead generation and meetings.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of B2B or sales experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business owners and uncover pain points.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
