What you will do

• Collaborate with an Account Executive to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive phone calls, emails, and personalized communication.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to salons, spas, and MedSpas to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries to convert them into discovery calls or product demos.
• Maintain a consistent outreach cadence and meet individual targets for lead generation and meetings.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of B2B or sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business owners and uncover pain points.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
