What you will do
- Identify and prospect new leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits
- Prepare and execute outbound email sequences and outreach campaigns
- Advise customers on solutions and provide ongoing support
- Negotiate offers and close deals with potential customers
- Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be comfortable working US hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer pain points
- Proficiency with various technology platforms and sales tools
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
