TL;DR

What you will do

  • Generate qualified opportunities for the direct sales team to exceed pipeline goals.
  • Research and identify relevant contacts and accounts for hirify.global solutions.
  • Engage prospects through multiple communication channels and conduct discovery conversations.
  • Partner with sales operations, marketing, and leadership to refine prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to support territory growth and business objectives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and manage productivity across various market segments.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas or targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
