What you will do

• Provide sustaining engineering support for UAV product lines.
• Manage product configurations and change orders using the Agile PLM system.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings and bills of materials according to industry standards.
• Coordinate the transition of new product variants and improvements into production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and purchasing to resolve technical issues impacting production.
• Perform failure analysis and provide technical customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in engineering design and production support.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with CAD (Altium) and ASME Y14 drawing standards.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, or protected individual) to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship required for specific government contract requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with unmanned air vehicles (UAVs).
• Knowledge of RF, digital, and communications electronics design.
• Familiarity with product configuration management standards (MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649-B).
• Competency in solving structural dynamics problems.
