What you will do

• Own and resolve internal production nonconformances.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support FAIs, validation builds, and inspection planning.
• Collaborate with inspectors to interpret acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate supplier-related quality issues and NCRs in partnership with Supply Chain.
• Maintain quality metrics and support internal audits and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and inspection standards.
• Proficiency in print reading and basic GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
