What you will do

• Serve as the owner's representative on active construction sites, holding GCs and subcontractors accountable for quality and sequencing.
• Manage near-term lookahead planning and apply first-principles thinking to maintain delivery milestones.
• Translate facility requirements from engineering into physical builds, optimizing for cost and complexity.
• Handle change management documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders using Procore and Bluebeam.
• Provide constructability feedback during design reviews for current and future factory phases.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning for regulated manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or STEM field (or 4+ years of field experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in construction management, capital project execution, or manufacturing facilities development.
• Proven track record of direct field ownership and subcontractor oversight.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual).

Nice to have

• Experience in high-consequence industries like nuclear, energy, or defense.
• Background bridging construction execution and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Lean construction or pull planning methodologies.
