TL;DR

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or working remotely from Europe

What you will do

  • Build a high-volume outbound pipeline using cold email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized video.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Sell business outcomes and value propositions for both the web app and hirify.global API.
  • Drive fast commercial sales cycles by identifying pain points and creating urgency.
  • Collaborate with PLG, growth, and product teams to identify expansion and conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a closing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-velocity sales motions.
  • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Ability to sell to diverse stakeholders including marketing, sales, L&D, and technical roles.
  • Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Remote within Europe.
  • Strong written communication skills and a builder mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLG, usage-based pricing, or API/developer platforms.
  • Background in selling MarTech, SalesTech, or AI products.
  • Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
