TL;DR

Associate Manager, Go-to-Market (AdTech): Managing operational workflows and coordination for the Product Marketing organization with an accent on GTM initiative visibility and cross-functional communication. Focus on optimizing Asana workflows, automating content production via LLMs, and ensuring timely delivery of executive and client communications.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or Broomfield, CO). Schedule: Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office.

Salary: $95,000 – $110,000

What you will do

  • Manage Asana as the central hub for Product Marketing workflows, coordinating intake of requests and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Coordinate internal and external GTM communications, including executive updates, internal announcements, and client messaging.
  • Develop standardized GTM workflows and templates for product launches, partnership announcements, and sales enablement programs.
  • Maintain visibility into project status, timelines, and team capacity, proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Synthesize technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or Broomfield, CO
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to build and segment client contact lists.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Ad Tech industry.
  • Familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot and basic data reporting.
  • Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to automate and scale content production.
