Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or Broomfield, CO). Schedule: Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office.
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000

What you will do
- Manage Asana as the central hub for Product Marketing workflows, coordinating intake of requests and assigning tasks to team members.
- Coordinate internal and external GTM communications, including executive updates, internal announcements, and client messaging.
- Develop standardized GTM workflows and templates for product launches, partnership announcements, and sales enablement programs.
- Maintain visibility into project status, timelines, and team capacity, proactively flagging risks or delays.
- Synthesize technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or Broomfield, CO
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to build and segment client contact lists.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Ad Tech industry.
- Familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot and basic data reporting.
- Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to automate and scale content production.
