What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle of complex perioperative deployments across multiple service lines and facilities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, surgeons, and IT teams to guide operational strategy and decision-making.
• Partner with Sales teams pre-delivery to shape project scope, validate feasibility, and set delivery expectations.
• Utilize hirify.global dashboards and reporting tools to identify adoption gaps and build reinforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Specialists to implement solutions that maximize client value and ROI.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful workflow adoption and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience focused on enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
• 8+ years of professional experience within top healthcare consulting firms, digital health companies, or health systems.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex implementations involving executive-level engagement.
• Fluency with Epic, Cerner, or comparable EHR environments and their architecture/integrations.
• Strong quantitative skills with experience using data validation dashboards, complex Excel, and interpreting SQL/JAVA code.
• Ability to travel on average 25% - 35%.

• Experience writing SQL queries.
• PMP certification.
