What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional product and data lifecycle initiatives across Product, IT, Data, and Client teams
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables for operational and client projects
• Support client implementations by gathering data requirements and coordinating approvals
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to validate data files including claims data
• Administer Azure DevOps environments and ensure data accuracy in operational tools
• Produce documentation for workflows and support reporting and audits

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, project coordination, PMO, or data operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Experience in client-facing roles with technical coordination
• Understanding of healthcare or pharmacy claims data structures
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent)
