Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 a year

What you will do

• Participate in live deals, including M&A, IPOs, and strategic advisory services.
• Develop complex business valuation and financial models to support transactions.
• Create professional transaction and client marketing materials.
• Support senior bankers in business development and the sourcing and execution of deals.
• Manage internal deal teams, including the training and oversight of investment banking analysts.
• Interact with clients and potential clients on technical and transactional issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• High level of financial knowledge, specifically in financial modeling and macroeconomics.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends as required by workflow.
• Possession of Series 79 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain them upon hiring).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and Tableau.
