What you will do

• Structure and execute transactions for companies within the natural resources sector.
• Review and validate complex financial models including M&A, DCF, and LBO valuations.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior professionals on financial modeling and presentation materials.
• Manage live deal execution processes, including due diligence and negotiation of legal documentation.
• Interact daily with senior management to provide project updates and strategic advice.
• Organize and participate in deal and non-deal roadshows with clients and other financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two years of professional experience in the job offered or a related investment banking role.
• Proven expertise in building and reviewing financial models in Excel, including pivot tables and sensitivity analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in the Natural Resources sector, specifically Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing client relationships and preparing strategic presentation materials.
