Salary: $108,000 – $155,200

What you will do

• Research technology trends and market landscapes to source acquisition ideas
• Develop M&A business proposals for executive leadership
• Assist in deal negotiations and due diligence efforts
• Manage cross-functional post-merger integration efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with potential targets and industry VCs
• Execute and manage corporate investments

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking with a technology focus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
