TL;DR
Senior Corporate Development Analyst (SaaS/AI): Leading end-to-end M&A processes for high-growth software and AI assets with an accent on valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence. Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY (Office 2 days a week)
Salary: $102,600 - $179,250 USD

What you will do
- Manage the deal pipeline and maintain DealCloud CRM to ensure transparency for senior stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models, valuation analyses (trading and deal comps), and ARR customer cubes for SaaS assets.
- Create flexible, driver-based operational models to support business cases and scenario analysis.
- Prepare impactful presentation materials for the investment committee and board of directors.
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams across product, legal, finance, tax, and HR.
- Support divestiture activities, including carve-out preparation and self-due diligence.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with end-to-end M&A experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
- Must be based in the USA and able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and AI business models and metrics (ARR, net retention, churn, LTV/CAC).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using financial research platforms such as CapitalIQ or PitchBook.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate M&A workflows and market screening.
