Location: Remote (US/Canada)
Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end creator SLG strategy, including acquisition models, channel mix, and segmentation.
- Build and scale GTM playbooks that enable the sales team to drive creator acquisition effectively.
- Lead full-funnel acquisition campaigns across outbound, social, and paid channels.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing Ops to align creator-facing messaging and pipeline goals.
- Define and track key performance metrics, including creator activation, retention, and GMV contribution.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of growth marketing professionals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creator marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles.
- Proven track record of building sales-led or sales-assisted growth programs.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, monetization tools, and affiliate marketing mechanics.
- Strong data orientation with experience in setting measurement frameworks and attribution models.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
