What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for inbound and self-sourced opportunities from first contact to close.
  • Qualify and advance a pipeline of SMB and mid-market enterprise leads.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen lead-generation channels and outbound campaigns.
  • Contribute to the design and documentation of sales processes, playbooks, and CRM practices.
  • Manage the customer renewal process, including health checks and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the product in online communities and partner conversations with technical credibility.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Proven track record selling technical products to developers, DevOps, or IT infrastructure buyers.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or Zoho.
  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Startup experience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical qualification and deal navigation.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data infrastructure products like Redis, MongoDB, or Couchbase.
  • Partnership development experience with channel and technology ecosystem partners.
  • Customer lifecycle management experience, including renewals and upsells.
