BIM Detailer, Electrical

Location: Remote within the United States; US work authorization required

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Produce accurate electrical BIM models and drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Prepare deliverables that support manufacturing, trade coordination, and field execution.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews and minimize revisions.
• Coordinate across trades to identify and eliminate clashes before construction.
• Deliver work reliably against project and manufacturing schedules.
• Improve BIM tools and workflows across projects.

Requirements

• Professional experience in electrical BIM detailing.
• Strong focus on accuracy, constructability, and clear deliverables.
• Ability to work through technical challenges and coordination constraints.
• Independent ownership of priorities and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, BIM coordinators, fabrication teams, and field teams.
• US work authorization is required.
