TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX

Salary: $111,000 – $150,000 • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

What you will do

  • Administer and maintain hirify.global’s Pave account, ensuring data integrity across the platform.
  • Support HR Manager in running compensation review cycles, including merit, promotions, and offer benchmarking.
  • Own benefits enrollment operations, serving as the first point of contact for employee benefits questions.
  • Coordinate international benefits administration in partnership with EOR platforms like Deel and Rippling Global.
  • Manage employee-facing 401(k) administration and support semi-annual bonus cycle administration.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, FAQs, guides, and onboarding materials for employees.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, total rewards, benefits administration, or a related people operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with benefits enrollment platforms and carrier administration.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools; Pave experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines and vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Employee-first communication style, with the ability to translate complex compensation and benefits concepts into plain language.
  • Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS platform.
  • Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce with EOR platforms.
  • Exposure to equity plan administration (Pave, Carta, or similar).
  • Background in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or benefits/comp certification in progress or completed.
