What you will do
- Administer and maintain ’s Pave account, ensuring data integrity across the platform.
- Support HR Manager in running compensation review cycles, including merit, promotions, and offer benchmarking.
- Own benefits enrollment operations, serving as the first point of contact for employee benefits questions.
- Coordinate international benefits administration in partnership with EOR platforms like Deel and Rippling Global.
- Manage employee-facing 401(k) administration and support semi-annual bonus cycle administration.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, FAQs, guides, and onboarding materials for employees.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, total rewards, benefits administration, or a related people operations role.
- Hands-on experience with benefits enrollment platforms and carrier administration.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools; Pave experience is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines and vendor relationships simultaneously.
- Employee-first communication style, with the ability to translate complex compensation and benefits concepts into plain language.
- Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS platform.
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce with EOR platforms.
- Exposure to equity plan administration (Pave, Carta, or similar).
- Background in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or benefits/comp certification in progress or completed.
