What you will do

• Coordinate and execute in-store service projects across Mexico retail locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising compliance and display quality.
• Identify, vet, and onboard local 3PL vendors and field service providers.
• Provide real-time field reporting and market intelligence to the US-based Project Manager.
• Manage logistics for retail buildouts and shop-in-shop installations.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, field execution, or project coordination.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with regular travel within Mexico and broader LATAM markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working with 3PL vendors or field labor agencies.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar database platforms.
• Background in CPG or consumer electronics.
• Experience coordinating across US and LATAM teams in multinational environments.
