What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of community events, including founder socials, boardrooms, roundtables, and masterminds.
• Source and manage venues, A/V requirements, and catering across multiple cities simultaneously.
• Brief and prepare event hosts using structured templates, checklists, and format guidance.
• Create detailed run-of-show documents and coordinate event materials with the creative team.
• Handle guest lists and RSVPs in collaboration with Community and Membership teams.
• Track event budgets and provide post-event debriefs with actionable improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end event coordination for multiple simultaneous events.
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables with obsessive attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for host and attendee coordination.
• Availability to travel for in-person event execution.
• Self-directed discipline for working effectively in a remote-first environment.

• Experience coordinating private, high-end, or founder-focused events.
• Background in community management or ecommerce-adjacent industries.
• Experience preparing non-professional event hosts.
• Familiarity with building run-of-show documents from scratch.
