What you will do

• Build marketplace liquidity by growing high-quality seller supply and activating local communities in Japan.
• Develop and manage relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and key partners.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of large marketing initiatives, including digital and IRL events.
• Manage all social media channels and content creation.
• Collaborate with the GTM team for offline events and conferences.
• Create high-impact campaigns using data storytelling and cultural insights.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in consumer or category marketing, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of executing GTM, brand, or consumer marketing strategies.
• Expertise in influencer marketing to drive seller and buyer acquisition.
• Ability to deliver creative and performance content for paid ads.
• Experience in planning and executing digital and in-person events.
• Native Japanese and fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
• Existing network of sellers and influencers in collectibles, fashion, or TCG.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Passion for creator communities and online marketplaces.
