Marketing Communication Manager (Digital Marketing & PR): Planning and executing digital marketing, influencer programs, social media communication, publisher editorial tie-ups, and NPI PR activities with an accent on KPI/ROI measurement, budget management, and cross-functional alignment across regions. Focus on driving growth of Personal Workspace category through integrated brand and product communication and managing program performance learnings for future development.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute owned/ONL digital marketing using digital agencies to achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Manage brand communication on owned social channels (e.g., Facebook) and external promotional social networks (e.g., Instagram, X).
  • Plan and run influencer programs with agencies or directly (e.g., YouTubers and bloggers) to maximize awareness and understanding of existing products and new launches.
  • Coordinate editorial tie-ups with digital publishers to deliver in-depth brand and product communication.
  • Organize and execute NPI PR activities, including PR events, press releases, and individual press briefings, aligned with stakeholders.
  • Set and align KPIs, evaluate performance and ROI, capture learnings, and manage the agreed marketing budget quarterly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, including PR, digital, and social media communication.
  • Experience with YouTube and influencer marketing.
  • Consumer tech background is preferred.
  • Strong consumer-centric approach and ability to understand customer preferences and attitudes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • English: fluent verbally and in writing (must)
