What you will do
- Manage and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision-makers through consultative engagement.
- Orchestrate extended virtual teams to engage stakeholders and drive deal closure.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to influence impact and develop transformation plans.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes for high-volume SMB account management.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and Conversational English proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Deep understanding of the software development platform industry.
- Demonstrated success in applying advanced sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
- Must be based in Japan.
