TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Growing existing customer base through up-selling and cross-selling with an accent on high-touch sales and growth strategy development. Focus on maximizing revenue from enterprise accounts and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
Location: Remote, must be based in Japan. Approximately 50% travel required.

What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory and winning strategies for target accounts.
- Grow existing customer revenue through systematic up-selling and cross-selling.
- Forecast revenue, annual run-rate, and pipeline utilizing SFDC.
- Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, and product managers to align shared goals.
- Act as a spokesperson for ’s mission, vision, and values to external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-touch sales experience with Japanese customers.
- Native-level Japanese language communication.
- Business-level English proficiency (writing and understanding).
- Proven track record of business growth and strategy execution.
- Ability to work with business and highly technical leaders to build supportive partnerships.
Nice to have
- Experience with telecom, CPaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS with AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technology Sales (IaaS/PaaS), virtualization, or security.
- Experience working with System Integrators or Value-Added resellers.
- Fluent verbal communication in English.
