Technical Account Manager (IoT)

What you will do

• Lead the technical onboarding process to ensure new partners have necessary training and tools.
• Manage key international partners, optimizing their use of backend integrations and support tools.
• Provide ongoing product support and training via webinars and on-site visits.
• Advocate for partner needs by gathering field feedback for product and process improvement.
• Develop training materials, including technical guides, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct local and remote testing for new features in collaboration with Product Managers and QA.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Engineering, Math, or sciences preferred.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of consumer, cloud, and IoT technologies.
• Must work from the Bogota office at least 3 days per week when not traveling.
• Ability to travel up to 65% within the LATAM region.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience with intrusion detection, access control, home automation, or video over IP.
• Additional language skills.
