What you will do

  • Drive inbound and outbound sales to acquire new clients for the hirify.global Ads platform.
  • Design and execute multi-format advertising strategies (video, display, native) to meet brand objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value brand and agency partners to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and International Ads teams.
  • Conduct campaign performance reviews and provide data-driven optimization to maximize client ROI.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and KPI reporting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media or advertising platforms.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end digital advertising sales for enterprise brands and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic and mobile ad ecosystems (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Fluent English (resume must be submitted in English) and native Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Bogotá office.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Portuguese language proficiency.
