What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of senior sales professionals to achieve booking and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies to close new business and expand existing customer revenue.
• Build and maintain a deep network of VAR resellers to drive sales strategy.
• Target and engage decision-makers at key prospect accounts across the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Channel, and System Engineering to drive engagement.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and forecasting using Salesforce and other analytics tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 7+ years of successful solution sales experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure software.
• Proven history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
• Ability to work independently and travel on short notice.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
