What you will do
- Assist in selling and upselling products/solutions to customers and their technical experts.
- Assess and influence customer requirements, guiding them on the best product or service to satisfy their needs.
- Collaborate with Business Development to develop new business opportunities.
- Support the Regional Marketing team at trade shows and similar events by providing technical support, demonstrations, and booth handling.
- Provide training to potential and existing customers on the portfolio of products.
- Design product solutions and services for large/complex opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Engineering, Geographic Information Systems, Geography, or a related field.
- English and Spanish written and oral proficiency required. Portuguese proficiency is preferred.
- Citizenship in Colombia or Brazil
- 2-5 years of GIS work experience.
- GIS Software skills in one of the following: ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Pro.
- Previous geospatial experience.
- Willing to travel at least 40% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience with Global Mapper, ENVI, MapInfo Pro, Postman, Bruno, or Python.
- Expert knowledge of geospatial products and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
