What you will do

• Prospect and identify potential clients through research and qualification via cold calling, email, and social media.
• Conduct outbound outreach to educate prospects on EOR services and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop effective lead generation and pipeline development strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospecting details in the CRM.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position and differentiate EOR offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 2+ years of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales tools.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
