What you will do

• Build and run "Benefits Labs" to govern how operational changes are tested, validated, and scaled across the organization.
• Design and deploy AI agents, automations, and workflows to power work intake, triage, and evidence synthesis.
• Manage the full pilot lifecycle, including design, execution governance, measurement, and leadership recommendations.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and convert repeatable problems into scalable, AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and CX to align stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Produce evidence-based narratives and structured readouts to influence high-level business decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations within a SaaS or operationally complex tech environment.
• AI-native builder: Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents or automations that execute multi-step work.
• Strong systems thinking to identify root causes and build scalable process-level solutions.
• Data fluency with the ability to define success metrics and turn data into decision-driving narratives.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product and engineering without direct authority.
• Ability to create structure and move work forward in highly ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in benefits, insurance, or brokerage operations.
• Experience working with operational metrics such as cycle time, quality, and throughput.
• Direct experience managing AI agents in a production or operational context.
