What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams to build the operational foundation for faster product development.
• Streamline the flow of customer insights and product data from discovery and prioritization to launch and iteration.
• Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and systems to enable the product organization to scale effectively.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful product adoption.
• Develop dashboards, operating metrics, and experimentation frameworks to measure product impact.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows and automation into core product and operational processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Strategy, or Business Operations at a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
• Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset with experience designing processes.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy to synthesize insights and influence prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to increase productivity and improve workflows.
