What you will do

• Own and drive PCIe/CXL subsystem micro‑architecture definition, RTL implementation, and integration.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to translate high-level requirements into robust RTL designs.
• Partner with Design Verification, Physical Design, and DFT teams to ensure coverage closure and sign-off.
• Support silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug in coordination with firmware and validation teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior designers within the PCIe/CXL domain.
• Drive design quality improvements and establish coding best practices across projects.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of RTL design experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex PCIe/CXL controllers from architecture through RTL closure.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog/Verilog and deep knowledge of PCIe/CXL specifications.
• Strong understanding of ARM-based SoC integration and AMBA protocols (AXI-4, CHI, ACE).
• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor) and scripting (TCL, Perl, Python).
• Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with end-to-end PCIe/CXL subsystem RTL design execution and sign-off.
• Proficiency in debugging functional and performance issues at both subsystem and SoC levels.
• Familiarity with post-silicon bring-up and debug methodologies.
