What you will do
- Manage the full sales life-cycle for Midmarket and Enterprise accounts in Texas and Oklahoma, including discovery, demo, and negotiation.
- Perform weekly product demonstrations, discovery calls, and onsite meetings within the assigned territory.
- Build and optimize sales processes to achieve revenue objectives and maintain high pipeline forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning based on prospect feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with Support, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and engage with prospects at key industry events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS technology sales experience specifically in the K-12 sector within Texas and Oklahoma.
- Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding individual contributor quotas.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and closing technology deals with government entities.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong influencing skills, and exceptional presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and optimize scalable sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
