Salary: $160,000 – $165,000 (Total Targeted Earnings)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales life-cycle for Midmarket and Enterprise accounts in Texas and Oklahoma, including discovery, demo, and negotiation.
  • Perform weekly product demonstrations, discovery calls, and onsite meetings within the assigned territory.
  • Build and optimize sales processes to achieve revenue objectives and maintain high pipeline forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning based on prospect feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally with Support, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and engage with prospects at key industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS technology sales experience specifically in the K-12 sector within Texas and Oklahoma.
  • Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding individual contributor quotas.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and closing technology deals with government entities.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong influencing skills, and exceptional presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and optimize scalable sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
