Strategy Associate (Strategy): Supporting the leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence with an accent on analytical rigor, cross-functional coordination, and decision-making support. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Sant Cugat del Vallès/Barcelona (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Support the preparation and follow-up of leadership and board meetings to ensure strategic alignment.
• Analyze data and build insights to support executive decision-making and track performance.
• Drive strategic projects from idea to execution, coordinating stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for international growth, new product verticals, and partnerships.
• Contribute to the design of organizational structures and operating rhythms to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure global strategy is effectively implemented at the local level.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-performing environments like strategy, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in building strategic frameworks, models, and presentations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• High ownership, accountability, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in entrepreneurial settings or international environments.
• Proficiency in AI tools for analysis and productivity.
