What you will do

• Lead project kickoffs, establishing governance, roles, and clear delivery roadmaps for customer implementations.
• Manage end-to-end technical integration, including REST APIs, mobile SDKs, and third-party system connections.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact and escalation owner from kickoff through the hypercare phase.
• Develop and maintain detailed integration maps and documentation for seamless handovers to Customer Success Managers.
• Proactively share integration best practices and challenge deviations to ensure high-standard, secure deployments.
• Own the go-live date and track post-launch KPIs to ensure contracted success criteria are met.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Technical Project Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, JSON) and mobile SDKs (Android, iOS, React Native).
• Understanding of security principles, data protection regulations, and identity verification concepts (KYC/AML).
• Autonomous project management skills with a focus on prioritization and goal-setting.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for diverse stakeholder audiences.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Exposure to eIDAS, EUDI Wallet, or qualified electronic signature frameworks.
