What you will do

• Lead the delivery of successful projects in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) space.
• Manage complex tasks, including business modeling and research, to address various challenges.
• Turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights and deliver compelling presentations to client teams.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and enhancing team performance.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s culture and development by engaging in trainings, committees, and other internal initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree and excellent academic record required (MSc or MBA).
• At least 2+ years of experience in management consulting, ideally with exposure to TMT-related projects.
• Passion for Telecommunication, Media, and Technology.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of critical thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in (German, French) and English.
