What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor for French clients to design and implement modern Talent Management processes using the hirify.global platform.
• Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects focusing on performance, goals, and engagement solutions.
• Translate customer HR strategies and organizational challenges into tailored platform configurations and best practices.
• Guide HR teams in adopting data-driven decision-making, people analytics, and digital workflows.
• Support clients in integrating emerging HR trends, including the impact of AI on workforce planning and performance insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to improve the product based on French market feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent French (native or near-native) and professional English.
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR technology implementation, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management practices, including feedback cycles and people analytics.
• Experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Proven ability to operate with a consultative and strategic mindset in fast-growing SaaS environments.
• Must be located in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR transformation or digital HR projects.
• Knowledge of the French HR market and labor legal context.
• Experience working with SMEs or scale-ups across different industries.
