What you will do

  • Respond promptly to client and adviser queries, managing end-to-end resolution by engaging internal business teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the DC business to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Coordinate annual and ad hoc scheme events, ensuring effective scheduling across all business areas.
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative developments to assess impacts on scheme design and internal processes.
  • Partner with operational teams in Cardiff to align service delivery with client objectives.
  • Provide clear information to clients to support informed decision-making in line with Consumer Duty.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Proven experience in corporate client relationship management within a product provider or intermediary.
  • Strong knowledge of DC product solutions and the pension marketplace.
  • Understanding of administration and operational matters related to DC pension plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in client-facing meetings.
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
