What you will do

  • Own retention, client health, and revenue growth for an assigned portfolio of insurance clients.
  • Conduct regular executive and strategic business reviews to assess goals and identify opportunities.
  • Drive feature adoption and generate demand for product cross-sells and line-of-business expansions.
  • Manage the renewal lifecycle to ensure 100% retention and contract upside.
  • Facilitate connections across client organizations, including C-level and ELT stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to drive engagement and advocacy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Client Success, or relevant insurance roles.
  • In-depth understanding of Billing, Policy, and Claims within the insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to influence senior and executive-level stakeholders (ELT/C-Suite).
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining high client health scores and portfolio growth.
  • Ability to travel onsite to customer locations (25-50% travel required).
