TL;DR

Regional Account Manager (Fintech/Insurance): Managing a panel of financial adviser firms to drive sales revenue and develop growth opportunities within a specific geographic region with an accent on consultative selling and relationship development. Focus on delivering insurance and investment solutions and optimizing account performance via strategic business planning.

Location: Home based / Field based. Must live in or very close to the defined panel geography (Essex) and possess a valid UK driving licence

What you will do

  • Deliver sales revenue targets through high-quality activity with a designated panel of advice firms.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities with low or non-producing firms using consultative selling techniques.
  • Execute ongoing business planning in alignment with sales management direction.
  • Document all activities and processes within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and competitor propositions.
  • Ensure all activities remain compliant with policy, legislation, and risk appetite.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Financial Advice sector and regulated sales environments.
  • Level 4 Pfs or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
  • Strong knowledge of investment markets, multi-asset fund solutions, and life/pensions products.
  • Proven skills in relationship development, communication, and influencing.
  • Must live in or very close to the defined panel geography (Essex).
  • Valid UK driving licence is required.
