What you will do
- Deliver sales revenue targets through high-quality activity with a designated panel of advice firms.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities with low or non-producing firms using consultative selling techniques.
- Execute ongoing business planning in alignment with sales management direction.
- Document all activities and processes within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and competitor propositions.
- Ensure all activities remain compliant with policy, legislation, and risk appetite.
Requirements
- Experience in the Financial Advice sector and regulated sales environments.
- Level 4 Pfs or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
- Strong knowledge of investment markets, multi-asset fund solutions, and life/pensions products.
- Proven skills in relationship development, communication, and influencing.
- Must live in or very close to the defined panel geography (Essex).
- Valid UK driving licence is required.
