What you will do

• Lead daily monitoring and optimization of multi-channel PPC and Paid Social campaigns to meet lead volume and CPA targets.
• Build and scale performance marketing campaigns specifically for the high-potential med spa segment.
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies across multiple markets and geographies to maximize ROI.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests across ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Web teams to optimize landing pages and assets for conversion.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media accounts with a focus on B2B lead generation.
• Expert hands-on proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube, and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Advanced skill in web analytics (Google Analytics) with a focus on attribution and data accuracy.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into concise recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Reddit, Capterra, and StackAdapt.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for optimizing workflows.
