What you will do

  • Manage and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X.
  • Handle media budget management and ensure delivery against performance objectives.
  • Assist in creating paid digital strategies and media plans using industry research tools.
  • Perform daily campaign monitoring, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights and develop comprehensive client reports.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams across content, data, and organic search.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns.
  • Proven proficiency with Google Ads and various paid social platforms.
  • Experience with campaign setup, account structuring, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in Mexico.
