What you will do

• Develop and execute GTM strategies focused on brand awareness and MQL generation.
• Create compelling marketing content for emails, social media, and landing pages.
• Build and execute email marketing and demand generation strategies using automation tools.
• Manage social media strategies and coordinate trade shows and events.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
• Drive innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives and automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and automation best practices.
• Familiarity with B2B advertising platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Must be authorized and eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in SaaS or HR SaaS industries.
• Knowledge of sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Apollo.io, or Outreach.
• Experience with Power BI, Seros, Canva, or Adobe InDesign.
• Digital Marketing certifications from Google Analytics or HubSpot.
